The Combi Block Blowing-Filling-Capping All-in-One Machine is an advanced packaging solution that integrates three major processes—bottle blowing, liquid filling, and cap sealing—into one seamless system. Compared with traditional separated blowing and filling systems, the combiblock blowing filling capping eliminates air conveyors, reduces bottle scratches, and increases production stability.
Designed for medium and large-scale beverage manufacturers, the system supports multiple product types, including purified water, carbonated drinks, flavored beverages, dairy drinks, coffee, edible oil, and premium products such as bird nest beverages.

The blowing unit of the combiblock blowing-filling-capping machine features a specially designed secondary blowing system that monitors the pressure curve of the bottle stretch process in each cavity in real time. This provides precise parameters for technical adjustments, ensuring consistent bottle quality across high-speed production.
The manipulator transfer technology, driven by a high-precision cam mechanism, handles preforms and bottles efficiently, completing picking, sending, and ranking automatically in sync with mold opening and closing. This eliminates the risk of contamination and significantly improves operational efficiency in the 3-in-1 water filling system blowing filling capping machine.
The cam-controlled mold frame allows independent control of blowing parameters for each cavity. A specialized mold locking and pressurizing system ensures reliable sealing under various pressures and supports precise adjustments. Stretch rods accurately control the axial stretching of preforms, and by fine-tuning the first and second blow stages, the machine achieves ideal bottle wall thickness distribution for enhanced strength and uniformity.
