The High-Speed Combiblock Water Filling Line is an advanced integrated system that combines PET bottle blowing, water filling, and capping into one compact and hygienic solution. Also known as a blow fill cap machine or blowing filling capping combiblock, this technology is widely used in large-scale bottled water plants with high output and strict hygiene requirements.
By eliminating intermediate bottle conveyors and air exposure, the combiblock system significantly reduces contamination risk, energy consumption, and floor space, while maximizing production efficiency. It is the ideal solution for 12000–48000 BPH bottled water production lines.

Preform Feeding & Heating
