Description – RO Buffer Tank & UV Sterilizer Machine


Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment


The water treatment system is equipped with a high-intensity, long-life UV germicidal lamp. The structure is reasonable and compact, adopting dual-stage disinfection to ensure all hygienic indicators fully comply with national standards. As an essential part of a drinking water purification system, it guarantees safe and reliable water output.

Ozone Mixing Tower

Material: Stainless steel 316L. Since ozone has strong oxidizing properties, SUS316L protects the tank from corrosion, making it ideal for a mineral water treatment plant and long-term operation of any water filtration system.

Ozone Generator

Four connections are installed on the generator: air inlet, ozone outlet, chilling water inlet, and chilling water outlet. It works in coordination with the RO water purification system to enhance sterilization efficiency.


Pretreatment Section of the Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Line


1. First-Stage Pretreatment (Sand Filter)

Using a multi-media quartz sand filter, it removes sediment, manganese, rust, colloids, suspended solids, and particles above 20 μm. This step ensures stable performance for the following reverse osmosis water treatment process.

2. Second-Stage Pretreatment (Carbon Filter)

Activated carbon removes pigments, odors, chemical pollutants, residual chlorine, pesticides, and microorganisms—critical for any professional water filtration system.

3. Third-Stage Pretreatment (Sodium Ion Exchanger)

Removes calcium and magnesium ions to soften the water.

The water filter tank uses natural rubber lining to protect stainless steel from silica sand and carbon materials, extending service life—an advantage valued in high-standard mineral water treatment plants.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) System


Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment


The RO water purification system uses a semi-permeable membrane and pressure differential to remove over 97% of dissolved salts and more than 99% of colloids, microorganisms, particles, and organic substances.

As the core of the reverse osmosis water treatment process, it is the first choice for modern purified water, highly purified water, and space-grade water.

Key benefits: low energy consumption, zero pollution, simple operation, stable quality, and easy maintenance.

RO Reverse Washing Tank

To prolong membrane life, the system includes an RO washing tank that cleans the internal surface of the RO modules, ensuring consistent performance of the entire water treatment system.

UV Sterilizer

After RO filtration, UV lamps kill residual bacteria. The sterilization tube is made of high-quality stainless steel and fitted with a built-in UV lamp and quartz glass tube to meet food-grade hygiene standards in drinking water purification systems.

Ozone Sterilizer

Some bacteria resistant to UV are eliminated by ozone. The ozone tower uses stainless steel 316 for maximum ozone resistance, providing longer service life—especially important for mineral water treatment plants and other high-purity water filtration systems.
