Product Description

The stainless steel beverage mixing tank is widely used in juice processing lines, milk tea production, flavored drinks, soft drink preparation, water & syrup blending, and other liquid food industries.
It combines heating, cooling, mixing, dissolving, and ingredient blending into one system to ensure stable product quality.
The Prepare Pot is designed for ingredient dissolving, syrup preparation, pH adjustment, color & flavor mixing, and homogenization.
Its jacketed heating system, scraper mixer, and optional vacuum defoaming ensure consistent beverage formulation for hot and cold drinks.

Water, sugar, powders, concentrates, and additives enter the tank through the inlet or automatic dosing system.
The jacket provides heating (steam/electric) or cooling to control the beverage’s processing temperature.
The center impeller or anchor mixer blends ingredients evenly.
For dairy drinks or emulsified beverages, a high-shear emulsifier can be added.
Vacuum removes air bubbles to ensure smooth taste and prevent oxidation.
The mixture is homogenized before filling to ensure a uniform texture.
The blended beverage is pumped to the UHT, pasteurizer, storage tank, or filling machine.
