Working Principle — How the Beverage Mixing Tank / Prepare Pot Works


1. Ingredient Feeding

Water, sugar, powders, concentrates, and additives enter the tank through the inlet or automatic dosing system.

2. Heating / Cooling

The jacket provides heating (steam/electric) or cooling to control the beverage’s processing temperature.

3. Mixing & Blending

The center impeller or anchor mixer blends ingredients evenly.

For dairy drinks or emulsified beverages, a high-shear emulsifier can be added.

4. Defoaming (Optional Vacuum System)

Vacuum removes air bubbles to ensure smooth taste and prevent oxidation.

5. Homogenization (Optional System)

The mixture is homogenized before filling to ensure a uniform texture.

6. Final Discharge to Filling Line

The blended beverage is pumped to the UHT, pasteurizer, storage tank, or filling machine.
