Working Principle of Vacuum Deaerating Machines


  1. Beverage enters the vacuum tank through a special spray nozzle.

  2. Under high vacuum, the surface area increases and dissolved oxygen escapes quickly.

  3. Deaerated beverage flows to the storage tank, ready for mixing, homogenizing, or filling.

  4. Vacuum is maintained automatically by a high-performance vacuum pump.
