Product Description

The Vacuum Deaerating Machine is specially designed for juice, tea drinks, flavored water, energy beverages, and functional drinks that require dissolved oxygen removal before mixing and filling.
By using a high-vacuum environment, the machine efficiently removes oxygen, prevents oxidation, maintains product color, preserves original flavor, and improves beverage stability and shelf life.
This system is widely used in beverage factories, juice production lines, PET bottle filling lines, and aseptic hot-fill lines.
During beverage processing, dissolved oxygen can cause:

Beverage enters the vacuum tank through a special spray nozzle.
Under high vacuum, the surface area increases and dissolved oxygen escapes quickly.
Deaerated beverage flows to the storage tank, ready for mixing, homogenizing, or filling.
Vacuum is maintained automatically by a high-performance vacuum pump.
This process ensures stable and consistent deaeration with minimal energy consumption.
