The 4 in 1 juice bottling machine is an integrated hot filling system that combines bottle rinsing, juice filling, capping, and labeling into one continuous, automated process. It is specifically engineered for fruit juice manufacturers, beverage plants, and juice production lines that require high precision and hygienic operation.
Empty bottles are conveyed into the rinsing unit through the air conveyor. Each bottle is clamped and inverted, where it is thoroughly washed with sterile or ozonized water to remove dust or contaminants. The rinsing system ensures that every bottle entering the filling section is 100% clean and ready for beverage contact.
The cleaned bottles are transferred to the filling turret. Using high-speed, pressure-controlled filling valves, hot juice (85–90°C) is accurately dispensed into each bottle. The system maintains a perfect liquid level while minimizing oxidation and foaming. The sanitary filling valves and CIP cleaning circulation guarantee a contamination-free filling process.
The filled bottles move into the capping station, where magnetic torque capping heads automatically apply and tighten the caps. Each capping head ensures precise torque control to prevent leakage or cap damage. Both flat caps and sports caps can be handled easily.
Once capped, bottles pass through the labeling unit, where PVC shrink sleeves or adhesive labels are applied with high accuracy. A date coding system marks production and expiry dates for product traceability.
Finally, bottles are discharged via the conveyor to the inspection zone or packaging system. Quality sensors detect any irregularities, ensuring that only qualified products proceed to the final packaging stage.
