INTRODUCTION OF AUTOMATIC JUICE FILLING MACHINE


The 8000BPH automatic juice filling machine is more than a standard hot filling solution—it’s a smart, reliable partner for modern beverage factories. With IoT-enabled sensors and digital control, operators can monitor temperature, filling volume, and production efficiency in real time.

The system adopts UHT sterilization and hot filling (85–95°C) to maintain natural flavor, aroma, and nutrients while securing a longer shelf life. Built with food-grade stainless steel and a self-cleaning CIP function, it ensures hygiene and reduces manual intervention.

For growing juice brands, this machine provides a balance of high output, low operating cost, and easy operation—making it ideal for scaling up without excessive complexity.

JUICE PRODUCTION PROCESS WITH AUTOMATIC JUICE FILLING MACHINE


  1. Water purification – Ensures clean, safe base water for blending.

  2. Concentrate dilution – Juice concentrate mixed with purified water to formula ratio.

  3. Filtration & homogenization – Removes particles and improves stability.

  4. Sugar & ingredient preparation – Syrup and auxiliary materials processed and filtered.

  5. Blending – Ingredients combined under precise formula control.

  6. Sterilization – UHT system heats juice to 130–135°C for full sterilization.

  7. Rinsing – Bottles washed by high-pressure spray nozzles before filling.

  8. Filling & capping – Hot filling above 90°C with immediate sealing.

  9. Cooling tunnel – Bottles cooled to approx. 38°C for safe storage.

  10. Inspection & packaging – Finished products checked and packaged for distribution.
