WORKING PROCESS OF PET BOTTLE JUICE FILLING MACHINE

1. Dilution & Mixing

Concentrated juice is diluted with purified water according to the formula, then blended with sugar syrup and auxiliary materials to achieve the desired taste and consistency.

2. Filtration & Homogenization

The juice undergoes multi-stage filtration to remove impurities, followed by homogenization under 20–25MPa pressure for a smooth, stable texture.

3. Pasteurization & Sterilization

The blended liquid passes through a UHT sterilizer at 130–135°C for 4–6 seconds, ensuring microorganisms are fully destroyed while maintaining flavor.

4. Hot Filling & Capping

The hot juice filling machine fills at 85–95°C, then caps immediately under controlled torque to ensure tight sealing and prevent contamination.

5. Cooling & Inspection
