See the juice bottle filling machine in action, demonstrating the full process of rinsing, hot filling, and capping. This compact system is ideal for small to medium juice factories, providing stable output, hygiene, and reliable performance.

The production of juice and tea beverages requires strict processing conditions. Compared with other PET bottle filling methods, the hot filling process is proven to be more reliable and economical in terms of technology, production efficiency, and product quality. In hot filling, juice or tea is sterilized through UHT treatment and filled at a high temperature of 85–95°C within a short time. This ensures the bottle is completely filled, leaving minimal residual air, which prevents oxidation and preserves the beverage’s quality for a longer period.
Since hot filling involves both high-temperature filling and full-mouth filling, the machine must be equipped with an automatic circulation system. This system allows the reheating of low-temperature materials and integrates CIP cleaning, ensuring safe, efficient, and hygienic production.

Dilution – Thawed concentrated juice is mixed with purified water according to the formula to reach the desired consistency.
Filtration – Suspended particles and impurities are removed so the diluted juice becomes clear and transparent.
Homogenization – The diluted juice is homogenized under 20–25MPa pressure, ensuring uniformity and stability.
Sugar dissolving & filtration – White sugar is dissolved in water inside the sugar tank, using either hot or cold melting. The solution is then filtered (commonly with diatomaceous earth) to remove impurities. Auxiliary ingredients follow the same process.
Blending – Diluted juice, sugar solution, and auxiliary materials are pumped into a blending tank, where they are mixed evenly, adjusted to constant volume, and combined with flavors or colors as required.
Final filtration – The mixed liquid passes through a filter barrel again to remove any remaining particles, ensuring transparency, uniformity, and no precipitation.
Bottle washing – Bottles are thoroughly cleaned using a washing machine with pure water pressure above 0.4MPa. Washing, filling, and capping are often combined in a 3-in-1 system.
Sterilization – The juice is sterilized using a UHT system at 130–135°C for 4–6 seconds, with steam pressure not less than 0.8MPa.
Bottle inverting – After hot filling, bottles are inverted so the product’s residual heat sterilizes both the bottle and cap.
Filling & capping – Aseptic hot filling is most common for juice. Filling temperature should be above 90°C, with the product inside the bottle no lower than 85°C. Capping must follow immediately, with torque precisely controlled for tight sealing.
Light inspection – Bottles pass through a light inspection machine to check for impurities, sealing defects, or other quality issues.
Cooling – Bottles are cooled rapidly in a cooling tunnel to about 38±2°C, preserving flavor and ensuring product stability.

Bottles are thoroughly cleaned using high-efficiency spray nozzles and stainless steel grippers. The system ensures all bottle surfaces are rinsed within 4 seconds, with water recycling for efficiency. Stainless steel grippers prevent contamination and avoid wear issues common with rubber grippers. Adjustable rotary parts allow the machine to handle different bottle heights. Rinsing water is precisely controlled by a solenoid valve, and the gear-driven system ensures smooth operation.

The juice bottle filling machine uses advanced pressure mechanical valves for fast, precise filling. Hot filling sterilizes juice at 85–95°C, minimizing oxidation and preserving flavor. The filling system integrates a CIP circulation unit for automatic cleaning of liquid pipes, tanks, and valves. Liquid levels are monitored with magnetic sensors, and temperature is automatically controlled. Filling starts once the pressure between bottle and tank is balanced, and the valve retracts after filling. Drive power is supplied via the gear-driven system.

The screwing capping system ensures high-precision sealing. Dual-direction capping heads work for flat and sports caps, equipped with photoelectric sensors and cap-lock cylinders to prevent errors. Magnetic steel design reduces defects, and adjustable rotary parts accommodate various bottle heights. CNC-machined main parts ensure durability, and caps are applied securely with an accuracy of 99.999%. Drive power comes from the frame-integrated gear system.
