The soda filling and capping machine integrates rinsing, isobaric filling, and automatic capping into one continuous process, ensuring efficiency, precision, and carbonation stability throughout production. Below is the detailed working process:

1. Bottle Infeed & Air Conveying

Empty PET bottles or glass bottles are transferred into the soda filling machine through an air conveyor or bottle conveyor. The system automatically arranges bottles in sequence, reducing manual handling and preventing contamination.

2. Bottle Rinsing System

Inside the rinsing station, bottles are inverted and thoroughly washed using high-pressure sterile water or ionized air. This ensures all dust and impurities are removed before filling, maintaining the hygiene required for carbonated soda production.

3. Isobaric Filling Process

This is the core of the carbonated soda filling machine.

  • The machine first pressurizes the bottle with CO₂ gas to match the tank pressure.

  • Soda water or soft drink is then filled under equal pressure (isobaric filling), preventing foaming and CO₂ loss.

  • The filling level is precisely controlled to ensure consistent volume for every bottle.
