Empty PET bottles or glass bottles are transferred into the soda filling machine through an air conveyor or bottle conveyor. The system automatically arranges bottles in sequence, reducing manual handling and preventing contamination.
Inside the rinsing station, bottles are inverted and thoroughly washed using high-pressure sterile water or ionized air. This ensures all dust and impurities are removed before filling, maintaining the hygiene required for carbonated soda production.
