Here’s how the process works step by step:
Empty bottles are automatically transferred to the conveyor line and precisely positioned by a photoelectric sensor and servo-controlled system. The linear conveying design ensures smooth and stable bottle transport without scratches or jams.
Key advantage: No need to change star wheels — simply adjust the guide rails to handle different bottle heights or diameters.
Each bottle enters the rinsing station, where multiple rinsing heads spray sterile water or disinfectant solution inside the bottles. The rinsing process is fully programmable, with adjustable time and pressure. After cleaning, the bottles are drained to remove residual water.
Highlight: The inner and outer bottle surfaces are rinsed simultaneously, ensuring a high level of hygiene before filling.
