The working process of the coconut water filling and capping machine follows a seamless 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 operation, combining rinsing, filling, capping, and optionally sterilization. Each stage is designed to protect the beverage’s freshness and extend its shelf life.
Empty bottles are fed into the rinsing system via an air conveyor.
Stainless steel grippers hold the bottles firmly without touching the bottleneck threads.
High-pressure sterile water is sprayed inside each bottle to remove dust and impurities.

Clean bottles are transferred to the filling carousel where gravity or pressure filling is performed depending on product type.
